The Diagnose was RIGHT UPPER LOBE INFILTRATION, UNCHANGED, CANNOT BE RULE OUT PULMONARY TUBERCULUSIS. MINIMAL PLEURO-APICAL THICKENING LEFT. what do you mean by this medical terminology? and there is any possibility to accept in some other medical doctors to pass this Xray examination probably in middle east? How long to take medication i?
Your auscultation also done and look for crepitation heard or not...
Here you are having lung infection , as consolidation and cavity not present TB not given conclusively...
For TB confirmation get your sputum examination for AFB stain and if needed ADA estimation also done....Culture will also be useful......
If TB confirmed than akt given for six month...according to category...
If TB not there it might be interstitial pneumonia like condition for which suitable antibiotic given .... Spirometry also done if needed for further work up........
If after proper work up diagnosis not found than biopsy needed ...
Take care .....
Consult pulmonologist with keeping these in mind.....
